Troubleshooting the Unit

Symptom Solution

No power – lamp does not



Check to see if the cord is plugged in and the unit

function.

is switched on.

Check to see that outlet is working.



Check fuse in DC vehicle adapter.

Lamp is not working.



Check the Photohydroionization™* Mobile

Module and make sure it is securely snapped into

place. If the lamp doesn’t work, replace with a new

module. If the lamp still doesn’t work, call

1-866-GREAT-AIR (1-866-473-2824).

If unit overheats, allow to cool down and resume

operation automatically.
